Week 4

Hello Moses children and families,

We are in week four and the second week of the Easter Holidays. We have been so lucky with the lovely sunny warm weather we had at the end of last week, I hope you had the opportunities to use gardens and get out to do daily exercise where possible. Has anyone learnt to ride their bike during this period? I would love to see a photo or a short video of this if you have. Please send it through  for me to view.

As you will see I have tailored the activities over the Easter holidays to be more relaxed but also to keep your son / daughter engaged in learning.

Please continue to read with your child- use the Oxford Owls link on front of our class page to look at online reading within your coloured band you were on at school. Spelling shed has a weekly sound that you should look at together as we did at school. Many parents have done a Friday weekly spelling test and popped it into the spelling book which is a great idea also.

Mathletics and Numbots are available to revise the learning we have been doing this term and I have added 'time' to this for those children that had this as a target going forward. Well done to the children that have achieved their bronze certificate on Mathletics!

If you download and look at the Home Learning intentions 13/4/20 first(below) and then can link the resources to the learning activities it will make best sense.

Have a lovely week. Stay in touch on Twitter and on Home learning email. It is really important to let us know everyone is  well and safe.

Kind regards

Michelle Ponsford
